The industry rejects DANNY ELFMAN's symphonic score for "WOLFMAN"

It seems that - despite the fact that for the time being it's still presented as a "schedule conflict" event, Elfman's "by all accounts traditional, grandly gothic effort a la Kilar’s Bram Stoker’s Dracula." [as presented in the original article which i am linking to below] sounded too old-fashioned to someone's ears.

So, they decided that the movie would benefit more from what's possibly going to turn around as a cliched, dark and moody electronic-driven score with some guitars here and there, a la usual Paul Haslinger. That, in the best of cases or otherwise - plain noise.
